HOW MOTHER NATURE INTENDED IT TO BE
If you are what you eat — then make sure it’s fresh, nourishing food, good for both you and the planet. Outside of our popular Mediterranean restaurant, Primo, we cultivate a nurturing organic garden. Here, amid the mountain and desert landscape, we grow pesticide -free vegetables and fruits. The fresh mint, tomatoes and strawberries go straight from the garden to our customers' plates, so they can enjoy ingredients that are both seasonal and sustainable. To lessen our carbon footprint, the Tohono O'dam Nation grows and produces food for us. These Native Americans have been organic farmers for generations and there's something comforting knowing they are sharing their rich traditions with us. Seeking out sustainable produce. A commitment to free-range meat products. Supporting line-caught seafood. It doesn't get any fresher here in the desert

SLOW FOOD
Southwestern-style cowboy cuisine prepared from scratch is front and center at Signature Grill. After you've visited the sweeping breakfast buffet, grab a seat on the outdoor patio to usher in the morning at your leisure. Not ready to part with the desert fairways of the golf course? Savor an evening over prime rib at Catalina Barbeque Co. & Sports Bar — or, head to laidback Plunge if you'd rather linger at the pool until sunset.

TO LIFE
Every evening at sunset, guests gather on the patio of Salud, raise their glasses, look out onto the stunning Tucson views and join their companions in a traditional "Legend of Arriba, Abajo" Tequila Toast. Savoring a margarita made with fresh ingredients and hand-squeezed juices — routine never tasted so good.
